Arctic Monkeys have announced a North American tour with dates that sit dangerously close to Splendour In The Grass.
The UK band that are coming together after a few years of silence are strongly rumoured to headline and these latest dates make it likely but only just.
They are playing a date in Queens on 24th, meaning they would have to jet home straight after the festival in order to restart the tour.
They then have almost a month off the tour in between June and July meaning a few cheeky sideshows before the festival would be possible..
There are a number of bands who have already been ruled out of the festival including Brockhampton and The Killers.
* This story was originally published noting that Arctic Monkeys may be ruled out of the festival due to the proximity of their Atlanta and Queens dates. Turns out there's a month in between. Oops.
