The Blanket Debacle
Cardi has a special purple blanket that she takes around with her but when she thought she lost it last month shit hit the fan. She detailed the saga on social media as she ended her relationship with Offset because she thought she stole it. He didn't and she later found it. Soon after Offset proposed to her on stage so the relationship is well and truly back on. The purple blanket is back too, thank goodness.
Her Defence Of Strippers
Cardi used to be a stripper and she's got the ultimate respect for them, taking to Instagram to defend them against anyone who says it's a waste of money to throw cash at strippers. "They're entertaining," she said. "Don't y'all pay money to see artists in concerts?" She also talked about how when she was stripping she needed the money to live and so when she performs in a strip club now she throws cash even though she doesn't need to. Cardi is the hero we need.
Her Acceptance That She Needs To Change For The Kids

Cardi isn't the first person to publicly pan the current President but she's doing a really good job of it. She calls him a carrot and a cheeto and has called him out on his treatment of Puerto Rico and the Muslim travel ban. "Stupid fucking cheeto," she said after the ban adding, "you're going to fuck up the economy."

Her Celebrations When Bodak Yellow Hit Number One
Bodak Yellow hitting number one if one of the best moments of the year and it was only made better by Cardi's response to it. "This is the happiest day of my life and no 1 will take this joy from me .I wish you sour patches a good day !Thats how happy I am," she wrote on Twitter and when Azealia Banks tried to diss her she followed it up with a video of Banks in the club rapping Bodak Yellow. She was also annoyed when her label asked her to come to the office to pick up a plaque but little did she know, they'd organised a party, surprising her with family and friends.
