Fashion's most illustrious night, the MET Gala is here and this year rocking the theme 'Notes On Camp', a reference to a Susan Sontag essay from the '60s. It's a tricky theme to dress to - rainbows and sequins just won't do - but musicians, actors and other extremely rich people are showing up with their most extra looks (and entrances) to celebrate the new MET Institute exhibit.
