Doja Cat has been a little sneaky on social media of late, appearing to tease an upcoming album.
She changed her profile name to 'Planet Her' and also followed it with a tweet #PlanetHer2020. Naturally, fans immediately jumped to speculate that a new album was imminent.
Doja then threw gas on the flame by following only 8 artists with a tweet that read, "Following them for a reeeeaaaaasssoooonnn ;) Guess why."
The artists she followed are as follows:
- The Weeknd
- Ariana Grande
- Saweetie
- Megan Thee Stallion
- French Montana
- Young Thug
- SZA
- A$AP Ferg
Rumour has it that these are the features on the forthcoming, unconfirmed record which would make it one hell of a guest list.
Of course, collaborations have already happened with a number of these artists. She appeared on The Weeknd's In Your Eyes remix, joined Ariana Grande on 2020's Motive and dropped a song today with Saweetie.
As for the rest of them, she's never teamed up with them before. Until Planet Her, perhaps?
We're going to have to wait and see what she's got up her sleeve. For now, we've got her collaboration with Saweetie Best Friend to keep us occupied.
Fans are speculating that @DojaCat is teasing an upcoming project titled "PLANET HER" after tweeting the hashtag and following possible features. ?
