It might still be just under a year away, but Splendour In The Grass has given us something to look forward to by announcing the headliners for their 2021 edition.
After cancelling this year's Splendour due to the coronavirus pandemic, the festival has announced we'll be seeing Gorillaz, The Strokes and Tyler, The Creator at what'll be their 20th anniversary edition of the festival.
Gorillaz will be headlining the Amphitheatre on the Friday, The Strokes on the Saturday and Tyler on the Sunday.
The festival says Flume, a headliner originally booked for this year's line-up isn't available for July 2021, but we reckon they've done a good job replacing him with Gorillaz - and we're ready to Feel Good Inc.
The festival is set to be held on July 23rd to July 25th, and the rest of the festival line-up will be announced in early 2021 - but based on these three acts, we're already anticipating what else they've got in store.
Gorillaz have been busy this year, periodically releasing collaborations with musicians from all around the world, including this killer collaboration with Tony Allen and Skepta. Maybe they'll be performing a couple of these collabs live at Splendour next year? Fingers crossed!
