Regional music lovers rejoice. Groovin The Moo is back for the first time since 2019, after two years of pandemic cancellations, and they've pulled out all the stops for this one.
This year's line-up includes something for everyone, with a range of international acts including Wolf Alice, BROODS, Thomas Headon and more set to get the party started. It's great to see international acts as part of festival line-ups again, and we're tipping these sets will be extra special.
Local legends like Hilltop Hoods, Montaigne, Masked Wolf and Peking Duk will all be part of the travelling festival, and whether you're a fan of rap, pop or something heavier, you'll want to be there for this. The line-up will continue to grow, too, with triple j Unearthed and Fresh Produce artists yet to be announced.
There are three editions of this year's festival going ahead, kicking off on Saturday, April 23rd at Maitland Showground in New South Wales. The show will then travel to Exhibition Park in Canberra on April 24th, before wrapping up at Prince Of Wales Showgrounds in Bendigo on April 30th.
In a statement about the line-up, GTM co-founder Steve Halpin wrote, “It’s been a long time between opening our GTM gates and we can’t wait to see you again. And for those of you heading to your first Moo, we are so excited to welcome you. We’ve got more to share with you too – stay tuned for our Fresh Produce and Community Program additions coming soon.”
