Canberran electronic kings Peking Duk recently debuted a new live show, now with added instruments, and now the duo are trying their hand at hospitality.
Adam Hyde and Reuben Styles are opening a bar/diner called Talk To Me later this month, having picked up the South Yarra bar Less Than Zero earlier in the year.
As Broadsheet reports, the bar's kitchen will be helmed by chef James McCall, with sections on the menu called D&Ms, Quick Chats and Cheesy One Liners and dishes like Fernet-Branca “Duk” rillette with roast-pear compote and black-ash lavosh, cheeseburger dim sims with melted cheese and sauce and a Spam and cheese hotdog with ketchup, kimchi and mustard. Sydney bar owner Steven Hiles also went in on the venture with the Duk boys.
You can find Talk To Me on 153 Commercial Road, South Yarra probably playing Peking Duk bangers all night when it opens next Friday, 16th November.
