John Mayer is usually not one for activating change, he's one to wait for the world to change but he's come up with an idea that could revolutionise communication.
Mayer, who thinks your body is a wonderland btw, took to Twitter to drop this lightbulb moment on us writing, "They should let everyone on hold with customer service talk to one another."
I mean, we don't use the word genius lightly but...
This means that if you were on hold to, say, a telecommunications company, you get a chance to air your anger with the other waiting which can only be healthy.
The only problem is, we're not sure how everyone would get a word in but we're going to wait for our President John Mayer to solve that problem.
ICYMI, Mayer is actually quite good at Twitter which is a discovery we made by taking a brief scroll through his timeline.
