Kid Cudi has just shared his first solo track since 2016, dropping Leader Of The Delinquents. It's his first single off his upcoming 7th studio album, ENTERGALACTIC, which is coming out later this year.
The track features Cudi providing a self-isolation update, before reflecting on his self-destructive qualities. The beat comes courtesy of Dot Da Genius, a long-time collaborator, as well as Arkateqq, who worked with Dot Da Genius on the track.

The song was first teased back in 2012 (check out the video below) and it's a reminder that Cudi was making sounds almost a decade ago that sound just as fresh now. There's a reason that so many rappers look up to him, and continue to be influenced by him.
Leader Of The Delinquents is a reminder of the rapper that Cudi was, and still is. While he's always been open to experimenting with his sound, there's no doubt that he can still produce bars to rank with the best to do it.
Fans took to Twitter to react to the song, and they are absolutely loving it, focusing on the signature Cudi hums that feature on the track.

Check out the track below - we can't wait to see what Cudi brings out next. Cudi has never shied away from his demons, and it's great to see him continue the hot streak that started on 2018's KIDS SEE GHOSTS.
