For its 15th anniversary in 2019, Laneway Festival have called on some of Australia's own biggest stars, leading the bill with Sydney rockers Gang Of Youths and Courtney Barnett.
Gang Of Youths, though, is billed to be playing their last Australian appearance "for a very long time" which is sure to be upsetting news for their legions of fans.
Rounding out the bill are appearances from 19-year-old R&B up-and-comer Ravyn Lenae, indie rock sensation Mitski, future R&B gem Jorja Smith, Loving Is Easy hitmaker Rex Orange County, hip hop star Denzel Curry, electronic king Jon Hopkins and New York City rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie.
On the hometown contingent are Skegss, having just scored a #2 ARIA debut with My Own Mess, Middle Kids, G Flip, Camp Cope, Methyl Ethel, Mansionair and tons more.
Laneway will be doing the rounds in January as always, starting off in Auckland on 28th January, before heading to Brisbane on 2nd February, Sydney on 3rd February, Adelaide on 8th February, Melbourne on 9th February (at a new Footscray venue) and Perth on 10th February.
