It seems Lil Xan has dedicated his life to appearing in outrageous news headlines - first it was the memes that resulted from dating Noah Cyrus, then he was hospitalised for eating too many Flamin' Hot Cheetos, and now it seems people aren't convinced Lil Xan and his girlfriend are actually having a baby.
Announced on social media earlier this month, Lil Xan revealed "it's official I'm going to be a father", posting a photo of his girlfriend Annie Smith.
This week, the couple posted their first ultrasound scans on a YouTube vlog posted to Annie's account, but eagle-eyed fans on Twitter noticed that the scan photos looked familiar.
Apparently, if you Google search "nine week scan", you find the exact same images, with people on Twitter alleging that the couple aren't pregnant at all and are simply using other people's images.
lil xan really thought he got us with this fake pregnancy bullshit. google “9 week ultrasound” and the photo he shows at 6:06 is literally the 8th resulthttps://t.co/gjEvDdV7dG pic.twitter.com/YBdUvvckpF

It's a pretty wild allegation, with Annie replying that someone had taken her scans, photoshopped and put it on Google.
She told E!, "When I posted my YouTube video with my ultrasound pictures, a girl — I'm not going to comment on who — photoshopped them with another person's name, year, birthday etc, and uploaded them to Google."
Pregnancy controversy aside, Twitter has lots to say about Lil Xan becoming a father.

Lil Xan’s kid will never be able to win an argument, you just have to say “yeah but your dad made Total Xanarchy” and you’ve won
