You don't often get remakes of an original song more than a decade later but sometimes you do and it doesn't usually turn out well.
Black Eyed Peas trod all over the legacy of Where Is The Love with their 2016 remake and now Nikki Webster has had another go at her 2001 single Strawberry Kisses.
Often referred to as the Mona Lisa of Australia pop music, Strawberry Kisses trasnformed Nikki from the girl who dangled in mid-air at the Sydney Olympics to our new pop princess.
She now occassionally gets a gossip writeup in New Idea so things have really gone well for her.
Well, now she's decided to reignite her career with a 2017 version of the song radio host and tv presenter Sam Mac making odd noises in the background.
Look, there's little reason to listen to this version over the original but it's a good reminder to revisit.
