Kiwi power-pop quartet Openside have dropped the final of the three songs from their EPISODE TWO: WAITING FOR LOVE EP, in the form of the synthy, upbeat bop Kiss Me.
It's a step away from their more pop/punk/indie pop stylings and leans more into EDM pop, but the band's wholesome messages still remain: Kiss Me is about realising you're falling for someone that you didn't expect.

The video is super wholesome too - filmed in their hometown of Auckland, the video features backstage antics and a slew of vox pops from young, LGBTQI+ fans who explain why it's so rewarding being part of the welcoming, supportive community that Openside foster at their shows.
The clip also features a segment of singer Possum - who identifies as non-binary - speaking about queer representation live on stage, and it's pretty clear that the fans have an amazing role model to look up to.
