If you're a Drizzy fan, chances are you've already heard him spruik his very own label, OVO Sound. An acronym for October's Very Own, Drake launched OVO Sound in 2012 and it was where Drake dropped albums like Nothing Was The Same and 2015's If You're Reading This It's Too Late.
And as you'd expect from Drake, he's got a discerning ear for up-and-coming artists, signing a handful of artists to the label over the years, running OVO Fest with the likes of Kanye, Eminem and The Weeknd performing and even a Beats 1 radio show called OVO Sound Radio.
We wanted to spotlight a few of the lesser known artists on OVO Sound so you're onto Drake's mates before they blow up just like him.

majid jordan
Canadian duo Majid Jordan have been around a few years and got noticed as co-producers and featured artists on Drake's Hold On, We're Going Home. To this day they work closely with Drizzy including a song called My Love, but recently the pair have found themselves in the studio with the likes of Khalid, ZHU and PartyNextDoor. They've also got production credits on DJ Khaled's record and even Beyoncé's Mine featuring Drake. Their trademark soulful vocals and sleek production make them perfect additions to any late night playlist - check out Caught Up.
roy woods
Another Canadian act on the OVO roster, 23-year-old Roy Woods - real name Denzel Spencer - is perhaps best known for this single Jealousy from back in 2015. Making downbeat R&B with a trap edge, Roy Woods has already released two EPs, a mixtape and his debut album Say Less in 2017, with support from the likes of label boss Drake as well as Wiz Khalifa. He's steadily been dropping music for years but of late he's been in the fashion game too, dropping a capsule collection with Canadian label Moose Knuckles. Today he's just dropped a new single called Bubbly.
dvsn
Pronounced 'division', Dvsn is Canadian R&B duo Daniel Daley and producer Nineteen85. You may have caught them featuring on Drake's Views on the song Faithful, though the duo have been releasing music since 2015. Though they rack up millions of views and streams, Dvsn have managed to stay fairly low key all these years - their latest song In Between has a unique '80s R&B sound that we're super keen on though, so it may not be much longer that Dvsn's an unfamiliar name.
