People actually thought Machine Gun Kelly died this weekend, but before we continue, don't worry, he's alive and well.
The hoax went around on social media stating the 28-year-old rapper died due to a "LIGMA" overdose, which is actually a fictional drug concocted by the meme-makers responsible for the fake news story.
Understandably fans of the rapper were a little shocked online.
Damn really?? Gone too soon https://t.co/lhXEej41y9

What makes this more interesting? Apparently the creators of the hoax are actually Eminem fans, still pissed about the recent beef between the two rappers. Eminem's last album Kamikaze boasted a diss track about MGK called Killshot.
We wouldn't be surprised if this reinvigorates the bad blood between MGK and Em - maybe MGK will release a diss track now?
