If you've ever had your wisdom teeth out before you'll know that it hurts like a MF and Dua Lipa is currently going through that.

Lipa has been forced to cancel her support slot at Bruno Mars' Brisbane shows so she can recover from emergency dental surgery.

"I’ve been performing with an awful pain due to my wisdom teeth and as advised by my dentist and oral surgeon I have had to have them imminently removed," she wrote on Instagram.

"I have been enjoying this tour so much and i’m so upset that life has gotten in the way but hopefully i’ll have a speedy recovery and make it back as soon as possible."

Earlier in the week, Lipa shared the exciting news that she's got 33 teeth. It seems that is no longer true.

UPDATE 16th March 2018: Dua Lipa is "still in considerable pain following her surgery" and has been "advised that she needs to rest up." Therefore her support shows at Bruno Mars' Sydney concerts this Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th March have also been cancelled.
