Post Malone is one of the world's biggest rappers, but he also fancies himself as a guitar whiz - and he's laid down the gauntlet to a friend of his to try and out-shred him.

He's called out his friend, and Ozzy Osbourne's producer, Andrew Watt, saying he's a better guitarist than Andrew. It's a big claim, but Posty's clearly confident.

In an Instagram video, Posty says, “Hi, my name is Austin Post and I’m better than Andrew Watt at the guitar." He then starts playing Eric Johnson's Cliffs Of Dover, a classic guitar instrumental. He absolutely nails it, too.

Andrew wasn't going to back down from the challenge, responding with, “Well, well, well. Austin Post. If you didn’t think I had a rebuttal, let me just remind you of something I wrote not too long ago,” before launching into the solo he wrote for Ozzy's and Posty's recent collaboration, Take What You Want.

Check out both videos below. We're not quite sure who was the winner out of these two, but both solos were entertaining - maybe we'll see Posty releasing a rock album in the very near future?
