Most people (including us) would absolutely freak out meeting Rihanna.
However, it was Rihanna's turn to freak out at the Cricket World Cup, after meeting her old gym teacher, Roddy Estwick.
Estwick is a coach with the West Indies cricket team, who Rihanna was over in England supporting.
And while the West Indies lost, Rihanna was in good spirits, and she didn't hold back on her love for Estwick.
"I love this man," Rihanna told Barbados Today.
"I came here to see the match and was cheering West Indies to a victory. They played great but we just didn’t make it. But I also wanted to see Mr. Estwick. He made a lasting impact on my life and he really offered great advice to me and many others when we were at school at Combermere. I just wanted to let everyone know what he meant to me in my development and what he did for us back at school in Barbados."
Rihanna met her PE teacher and that hug was full of love. If I met my PE teacher today, he'd wonder how am still alive after so many "asthma attacks". pic.twitter.com/ORSpKyOpCA

Fans are eagerly waiting on Rihanna's new album, but when you're busy doing other projects like running a fashion empire, an album can take a bit of time.
However, Rihanna recently told Interview Mag that the follow-up to 2016's ANTI is coming along nicely.
"I’m really happy with a lot of the material we have so far, but I am not going to put it out until it’s complete. It makes no sense to rush it, but I want it out. I’ve gotten to the point where I’m like, “Even if I don’t have the time to shoot videos, I’m going to put an album out.”
