Roddy Ricch has just released his second albumLive Life Fast, and it's a great addition to his already impressive discography. However, it turns out that we might not have known him as Roddy Ricch if things had gone a little differently.

Speaking to Big Boy about Live Life Fast, Roddy revealed that he had another rap name in mind before he considered calling himself Roddy Ricch - Lil Bird. In a world full of rappers with the name Lil, Roddy Ricch definitely stands out a little bit more.

Roddy explained to Big Boy that he'd considered using the name Lil Bird, to which Big Boy replied, “Damn, you was like, ‘man, eff this lil stuff,’ you know what I’m saying?"

However, Roddy surprised Big Boy by saying, “Nah, I still go by it sometimes!” He didn't reveal the origins of the nickname, so that aspect of his past remains a mystery.

Roddy's second album, Live Life Fast, actually features a rapper with the Lil prefix, with Lil Baby featuring on album highlight Moved To Miami. In an alternate world, that track is by Lil Bird (feat. Lil Baby).

Check out the clip from the interview with Big Boy below. If you're looking for a rap name, Lil Bird is (sort of) taken, so that's one name you can strike off the list.
