    It's a status symbol to be invited onto Sneaker Shopping with Complex, but it doesn't always go to plan.

    Twitter user vibezncortez has put together a compilation of rappers and celebrities going on the show, and buying a haul of sneakers - only to get charged what some might consider an exorbitant price.

    It's true that you're also paying for customer service, but it pays to do a bit of research before you go in to buy the latest sneaker drop. Otherwise, your bank balance is going to feel the pain, as they all found out.

    Cordae, NLE Choppa, Roddy Ricch and many more rappers feature in the video, having underestimated the price of their purchases - but hey, who can put a price on looking good? 

    Check out the video below - it's a great laugh. Some of them clearly weren't happy, but they weren't going to complain in front of the cameras now, were they? After all, they've got that bag, so they might as well spend it.
