There's a new Beyoncé visual album on the way, inspired by 2019's The Lion King, which featured Bey as the voice of Nala.
The visual album, Black Is King, will be available exclusively on Disney+ on July 31st, just after the one-year anniversary of The Lion King, and is set to be in the same vein as 2016's Lemonade.
Black Is KIng has been written, directed and executive produced by Bey - because she really can do it all.
Black Is King is based on the music of last year's Bey-produced The Lion King: The Gift, and is set to showcase the album's featured artists, as well as some guest appearances.
The album featured the likes of Childish Gambino, Kendrick Lamar, Pharrell and many, many more - so it'll have some serious star power.
According to a statement from Disney and Bey's Parkwood Entertainment, "Black Is King is a celebratory memoir for the world on the Black experience.
“The film is a story for the ages that informs and rebuilds the present. A reunion of cultures and shared generational beliefs. A story of how the people left most broken have an extraordinary gift and a purposeful future.”
