Lil Nas X has just announced the Long Live Montero tour, with shows booked across North America and Europe. He's looking to make his first-ever headline tour one to remember, and he's taken to Twitter to announce that he wants The Wiggles to co-headline the tour with him.
Known as a master of marketing, you can never really take Lil Nas 100% seriously. However, we're using this as an opportunity to hold him to his word, because a tour featuring Lil Nas X and The Wiggles would be one hell of a spectacle.
Lil Nas X posted on Twitter and wrote, "trying really hard to get the wiggles to coheadline the tour with me. i will keep you guys updated." The Wiggles replied, "We’re ready to wiggle with you! 💛💜💙❤️," while long-time Blue Wiggle, Anthony Field, also replied, revealing that "The Big Red Car is packed and ready mate! Let’s Wiggle!" Toot toot chugga chugga.

It's been a big year for The Wiggles, taking out this year's Hottest 100 with their cover of Tame Impala's Elephant, while also recently teaming up with some of Australia's biggest names for ReWiggled. The double album featured two sides: one where other artists covered their biggest hits, while the other side featured The Wiggles covering songs by the likes of The Chats, Fatboy Slim and more. Meanwhile, the Long Live Montero tour will see Lil Nas X play songs from his 2021 debut album MONTERO live. You can check out the video promoting the tour below.

If/when Lil Nas X brings the tour to Australia, The Wiggles have to be the support act. Otherwise, a whole nation is going to be let down. It's the right thing to do.
