Major Lazer have been coming in strong with new releases this year, last month dropping a banger with Skip Marley called Can't Take It From Me, and the duo have followed it up with a fully Spanish language one called Make It Hot.
And they've definitely done what it says on the tin - featuring the saucy and entirely Spanish vocals of Brazilian popstar Anitta, the dancehall song is definitely one to chuck onto your late-night dancing playlists.
The video is maximum levels of festive too, featuring a bangin' street party, house party and live show - Diplo added that he and Walshy don't dance in the video because they were so bad the director told them to stop.
It's not the first entirely Spanish song Major Lazer have put out - last year the group dropped Sua Cara featuring Anitta and Pabllo Vittar also in Spanish. The production duo are always playing around with genres like moombahton, reggaeton and dancehall and the only way to do the genres justice is to have voices from the region the genres hail from, so it's never something the group shy away from.
It's perhaps important to note that Major Lazer now consists of Diplo and Walshy Fire, with Diplo still working on multiple other projects including songs with Elderbrook, a remix of Spice Girls' Wannabe with Charli XCX, LSD with Labrinth and Sia and Silk City with Mark Ronson.
