Nature is healing, because rap superstar Snoop Dogg has just announced he'll be returning to Australia for a huge arena tour in 2022. It's been a long while since Snoop last visited Australia (2014 to be exact), when he headlined the Big Day Out touring festival.
In celebration of his 17th album, I Wanna Thank Me, as well as the documentary of the same name, he'll be playing shows in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane across late October/early November. We're looking forward to what Snoop's got in store for these arena shows, and we're tipping he's going to be full of bark and bite.
The documentary I Wanna Thank Me was put together to celebrate Snoop's 25 year career, and features the likes of Pharrell, Anderson .Paak, Dr Dre and more. It's clear that the rapper is held in the highest regard by his peers, and it's a well-deserved lovefest.
It features clips of Snoop in the studio, as well as a range of other footage, and can be found on his YouTube channel, in case you want to learn more about Snoop before he touches down in Australia next year.
