Kanye West (who's now known as Ye) has taken to wearing some strange masks in recent public appearances. It's either a way for him to embrace the Halloween spirit, or he wants to freak people out.
He recently met with Donald Trump's former attorney, Michael Cohen, and was wearing a prosthetic mask that really needs to be seen to be believed. The mask appears to be imitating a woman wearing smoky eyeshadow, and it definitely makes Ye less recognisable - which seems to be his true intention.

It's not the only mask he's worn recently, as he was snapped wearing a mask while leaving Venice Airport. The mask is apparently inspired by the French crime fiction character Fantômas, and it's also pretty haunting.

Ye has a history of wearing masks, and speaking during a 2014 concert at London's Wireless Festival, he explained the reason behind the masks.
He told fans that he was sick of being told to stick to rap, saying, "That’s too much. Stay in your place ... Save face. Save face. That’s why I got this f---ing mask on, because I ain’t worried about saving face."
